The annual event drew 20 stars of film, music and sport for the gala of Phoenix, Arizona, which raises funds to support the fight of the legendary boxer to find a cure for Parkinson's disease.
The Raging Bull star received grand prize of the night, the Muhammad Ali Celebrity Fight Night 2014 Award, which was presented to De Niro for his co-star Billy Crystal Analyze.
Singer Buble was also awarded the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Award by country artist Reba McEntire, who hosted the evening.
Ali himself was unable to attend your event because of a stomach virus, but other celebrities, including sex and the City John Corbett and politician Robert Kennedy, Jr., were present to support the cause.
Country music siblings The Band Perry took the stage to entertain the audience, while Buble, McEntire and Kenny Rogers also performed.
A live auction was also held during the event, where a pack of VIP treatment at the premiere of The Hunger Games : Mockingjay - Part 1 sold for £ 8,967 , while two lucky bidders each paid £ 298,918 to dinner with McEntire at home.
But the main attraction of the evening was a dinner with De Niro, Crystal and former general manager of the New York Yankees, Joe Torre, which sold for £ 597.836.
Over £ 4.8 million was raised during the event, pushing the total raised in the 20 years of Celebrity Fight Night to £ 56.8 million. The funds will benefit the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center and the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix Medical Center and other charities.
